Rooted in rule, yet wild in its way,
I am a game that responds to play.
Geometry meets instinct, function meets form —
I am wilderness inlaid in stone.

The brief was play — but not just any. A surface true to standard rules: diameter, strike zones, radius — precise and unchanged. But the rest became a question of everything it could be.

What animal could hold a circle? What bird could echo the grace of a carrom board’s arch? Each proportion was redrawn until tiger stripes, turtle shells, and a crescent moon began to emerge — all within exacting geometry.

A delicate balance had to be achieved in the process - with natural pigments like indigo and oxide colours. This piece was completed at an unreal pace - and deservingly so, the effort ended up stunning the audience at the AD show.
