The architecture of Rajasthan, a royal lineage of India, translated into a bespoke piece for play.
The first layer - a wooden base. Floors to fit carefully atop,
Walls to built in next - solid, arched or perched with windows.

While designing this dollhouse, me and Imran bhai collectively thought that the dollhouse should offer play but also an additional puzzle experience, something like a modular game. The balconies, pillars and archways - all offer endless possibilities to imagine stories and build a new structure to go with it, every single time.
This was the first time we were working with brass wire inlay, it is very delicate and gives the richness and royal detail to the whole piece. Tiles were done in marquetry, every railing, column and baluster turned on lathe in-house - all to ensure that even at a miniature scale, the Rajasthani royal personality reflects.
